Fun Friday

On December 7th 2018, we had a senior fun day for the school it was except for the part where I was in the middle of swimming when we had to hop out :(

there was cotton candy, waffles, slip and slide, school pool, candy cane mice and catapults. 

Athletics Practice. 2018

Its been a long slow (but fun) journey for athletics practice, but on Monday the 5th of November is the day the day to be a super star! I think I will do pretty good on Monday with Shot-put and long jump.
for the practice's we did Shot-put, Long-jump, and High-jump.

Drop, Cover, Hold shake out drill.

 get under the table and hold one leg off the table and put one hand over the back of the neck.

or if you are outside with lots of stuff around you, crouch down and put both of your hands over your neck.

or stand under a door way because it will block any of the falling objects and it will save you from getting crushed.
